Where we deliver across the Woodstock area

Our yard sits on 227 Arnold Mill Rd, close enough to downtown Woodstock that most in-town calls are same-day. That location decides the shape of our day: Woodstock itself is the quickest, the neighboring incorporated city of Holly Springs is typically same- or next-day depending on how far out the address sits, and the unincorporated Cherokee County communities we cover — Towne Lake, Oak Grove, Sixes, Hickory Flat, Macedonia, Univeter, Toonigh, Sutallee, Free Home, Victoria, Gold Ridge, Keithsburg and Mica — are generally scheduled as same- or next-day routes depending on distance from the yard. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise a container by lunchtime and leave you waiting.

Cherokee County genuinely mixes three different kinds of local government, and it matters for anyone placing a container in a public street or right-of-way rather than a private driveway: Woodstock administers its own permits, Holly Springs administers its own separate permit process, and every unincorporated community on our list falls under Cherokee County Code Enforcement. Each community page below names the correct authority for that address, along with the access, housing stock and local landmarks we actually run into there.

Woodstock — Our home base

Holly Springs

A real, independently incorporated neighboring city, with its own permit office and housing stock. Most runs are same- or next-day depending on distance from the yard.

Unincorporated Cherokee County communities

Thirteen real, named unincorporated communities with no city government of their own — anything beyond a private driveway runs on Cherokee County's rules. Usually same- or next-day.

Service area questions

Which communities do you deliver dumpsters to?

All 15 communities from our Arnold Mill Rd yard: Woodstock itself, the neighboring incorporated city of Holly Springs, and the unincorporated Cherokee County communities of Towne Lake, Oak Grove, Sixes, Hickory Flat, Macedonia, Univeter, Toonigh, Sutallee, Free Home, Victoria, Gold Ridge, Keithsburg and Mica. Woodstock and the closer communities are the quickest, and farther communities are usually next-day.

Does it cost more to deliver farther from the yard?

Distance is a real cost, so a delivery to a farther community is not priced the same as one in Woodstock. What we will not do is hide it. You get the full number on the phone before anything is booked, and it does not change afterwards unless the load goes over the tonnage allowance you agreed to.

Who do I need a permit from if the container sits in the street?

It depends on the address. A Woodstock address goes through the City of Woodstock's own right-of-way permit process. Holly Springs runs its own separate city permit process. Every unincorporated Cherokee County community on our list — Towne Lake, Oak Grove, Sixes, Hickory Flat, Macedonia, Univeter, Toonigh, Sutallee, Free Home, Victoria, Gold Ridge, Keithsburg and Mica — falls under Cherokee County Code Enforcement. A container kept entirely on your own driveway or private lot typically does not need a permit anywhere on this list, but always confirm current requirements with the relevant office before placement.

How far in advance should I book?

After a spring severe-storm or tornado-watch event, or after a Gulf hurricane remnant like 2024's Helene moves through, and during the busiest stretch of the spring-through-fall renovation season, book as early as you can. Outside those windows you can usually get a container within a day or two. Active construction sites book out fastest, so plan ahead if you are working on one.

Can you deliver if I am not on the property?

Yes, and it happens constantly with rental properties and job sites where the owner is not on site. Mark the spot with a cone, a stake or a chalk line, tell us about gate codes and any steep or narrow access, and stay reachable by phone. The driver will call before setting the container down if anything looks wrong.

Do you serve areas outside your listed communities?

Call and ask. Our published service area covers the 15 communities listed on this page, from Woodstock through Holly Springs and the unincorporated Cherokee County communities on our list. If your address is close to that footprint but not listed, call and ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you or whether you are better served by someone closer.
